I’m a coffee roaster living in Brooklyn. I also serve as a docent with the Museum of Food and Drink. This is my outlet for reflections on the topics of food and beverages, music, art, philosophy, and the places where these things intersect.
I studied Philosophy at Furman University where I completed coursework in Aesthetics and the Philosophy of Food, centering my attention on outsider art, coffee, beer, and wine.
