This is my outlet for creative and considered reflections on the topics of food and beverages, music, art, philosophy, and the places where these disciplines intersect.
I studied philosophy at Furman University where I was fortunate to have access to courses in Aesthetics and the Philosophy of Food. Seeing these courses as opportunities to explore things weird and beautiful, I put substantial effort into studying outsider art, beer, and wine. In the spirit of living the examined life beyond academia, I intend to use this platform to continue engaging with topics such as these.
