Until I was seven, I thought I was a dog.
I’m a coffee roaster living in Brooklyn. This is my outlet for creative and considered reflections on the topics of food and beverages, music, art, philosophy, and the places where these disciplines intersect.
I studied philosophy at Furman University where I was fortunate to have access to courses in Aesthetics and the Philosophy of Food. Seeing these courses as opportunities to explore things weird and beautiful, I put substantial effort into studying outsider art, beer, and wine. In the spirit of living the examined life beyond academia, I intend to use this platform to continue engaging with topics such as these.
