I’m a green coffee buyer located in Brooklyn, New York. This is my outlet for reflections on the topics of food and beverages, supply chain sustainability, music, art, philosophy, and the places where these things intersect.

I studied Philosophy at Furman University where I completed coursework in Aesthetics and the Philosophy of Food, centering my attention on outsider art, food systems, and coffee, beer, and wine.
